1. Services

Lilybright Professional Window Cleaning (“we”, “us”) provides residential and commercial window cleaning services across Perth’s Northern Suburbs. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs materially from the information provided at the time of quoting. We will advise you of any variation before proceeding.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made by phone or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to all areas requiring cleaning. We reserve the right to decline to clean windows or areas that we consider unsafe. We are not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or deteriorated frames, seals or glass.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Overdue invoices may incur interest.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge, subject to reasonable assessment of the complaint.

7. Liability

We hold public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the affected services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
